Your product will be packed and shipped once payment has been confirmed and processed. Original works of art are sent by courier, and fine art will be sent by post in Brazil, and by courier in the case of international shipments. In the case of orders to destinations outside Brazil, the shipping price is calculated according to the category the artwork belongs to:
1. Works on A4 size paper (fineart prints are not included in this category);
2. Works on A3 size paper;
3. Work on A2 size paper;
4. Work on A1 and A0 size paper;
5. Work on canvas in small format (up to 80 x 60 cm)
6. Medium format canvas work (up to 120 x 80 cm)
7. Large format canvas work (over 120 x 80 cm).

 Purchases made in Brazil with a value of more than 1,600.00 reais will receive free shipping. Prices below the amount stipulated above are calculated according to the post office.
The works of art on paper or canvas have the following options: unframed; with a simple frame; with an ornate frame. These frame options are not made by the owner of Art Jorge Quiros, but are placed by a third-party service; if the customer wishes to choose their frame themselves, we recommend the "unframed" option and then frame them according to their own taste. Unframed works on paper come in a cardboard envelope packed with cardboard and bubble wrap. 

Works on paper that come with a frame will be properly packaged and protected and transported in a cardboard box. Artworks on canvas with or without a frame will come in wooden boxes in the case of large canvases, and smaller canvases in reinforced cardboard boxes. Printed reproductions of originals will be sent in the same way as works on paper, depending on the options available and chosen by the customer.

 

 The estimated delivery time of the order is established according to the post office and its corresponding service chosen, or by the carrier, and varies according to the region, with an average of 2 to 3 working days for national territory and 2 to 6 working days for international orders.

After payment, a deposit confirmation email will be sent, and after the product has been dispatched, the order tracking code will be sent to the sender's email address.
The works of art are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity bearing the company seal issued by the artist himself and owner of Art Jorge Quiros; both the original works and the printed reproductions are signed by the artist himself.

 

 

 

 

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

 

Works of art are the property of their owner; they are not merely exchangeable and replaceable products; they are not products for use, but for acquisition. Once purchased, the bearer must take responsibility for looking after the work, which is why we do not exchange works and do not accept returns of works that have been damaged by the bearer.
Before being packaged and shipped, the works and their reproductions are rigorously examined. 
However, if the customer receives an original work of art or a printed reproduction and it does not meet the customer's expectations, there are two options: 
1 - The customer can request the return of their purchased product up to 7 days after confirmation of receipt at their location; once this has been done, the customer must arrange for the return of their product, if the product is returned in good condition, the refund of the amount paid by the customer will be returned to them once the work of art or its reproduction has been duly returned. The customer must inform the tracking code of the return shipment by email:  artjorgequiros@gmail.com

2 - The customer can request the exchange of the product for another of equal value, within 7 days of confirmation of receipt of the work or reproduction by the customer, and the works available for sale or reproductions of equal value will be made available to the customer so that he can choose the one that best suits him; once this has been done, he must arrange for the return of the purchased work to the address of the company Art Jorge Quiros, once this has been done, if the work or product is in the same condition as the one sent to the customer, another work will be sent to the customer's address; this exchange process can only be done once. The customer must send the tracking code for the return shipment by email: artjorgequiros@gmail.com

FINEART PURCHASE POLICY:

Fineart prints are made on Hahnemühle Photo RAG 308g paper. It is very reminiscent of watercolor paper. Lightly textured.
It has a museum quality against yellowing.

The finearts are produced according to orders and on demand; once the order has been received in the store, I order the fineart of the respective work, sign it and send it to the post office, and there are two stages in this process: ordering and manufacturing the fineart, and sending it to the customer. The prices of the fineart vary depending on the size and whether frames are fitted; in the case of frames, I don't fit them myself, but I order them, and there are two frame options: plain and ornate with paspatur; if the customer wishes to fit their frame themselves, we recommend ordering the fienart without a frame. 

 

SUBLIMATION PURCHASE POLICY:

The sublimation products - mugs, T-shirts, etc. - bear the respective images of the Art Jorge Quiros brand (of his works) and are the exclusive property of their author. They are produced on demand and first-hand by the owner of Art Jorge Quiros, and their return and exchange policy is the same as for Fine Art. They will be sent by post for purchases within the national territory. International purchases will be outsourced to print-on-demand services available in the buyer's country of residence to facilitate transit and shipping.

Non-provision of Personal Data

You are not obliged to share the Personal Data that we request, however, if you choose not to share it, in some cases we will not be able to provide you with full access to the Store, some specialized resources or be able to provide the necessary assistance or even enable the delivery of the product or provide the service contracted by you.

The general public will be able to browse the Store without the need to register or submit any Personal Data. However, some of the Store's functionalities may require registration and submission of Personal Data, such as completing the purchase/contracting of the service and/or enabling us to deliver the product/provide the service.

The members' area has been designed to provide space for enthusiasts and users looking for more in-depth content on the fundamentals of artistic techniques. To this end, a space has been created where comprehensive content will be available, including ebooks, video lessons and a space for questions and answers about art. Your space will be provided for a monthly fee. The members' area differs from the product area in two ways:

1. The members' area contains all the content for a period of 1 month. This content is only available by accessing the site in your members' area, and access to the area is renewed by a new monthly fee or by recurring payments.

2. Store products purchased by the user have lifetime access and are restricted to what the product covers.
