Payments by buyers in Brazil can be made via Mercado Pago, Pagseguro and Paypal; Payments from buyers residing in other countries can be made through the "Offline Payment" option. Through this option, as soon as the purchase is notified to me, I will be sending the buyer an invoice through Paypal, which, after confirmation of payment, will be packaging the work and sending it to the recipient.

Pagamentos por compradores no Brasil podem ser feitos por Mercado pago, Pagseguro e Paypal; pagamentos de compradores residentes em outros países podem ser feitos através da opção "Pagamento ofline".  Através desta opção, assim que a compra me for notificada, estarei enviando ao comprador uma fatura através do paypal, cuja após a cornfirmação do pagamento estarei embalando a obra e enviando ao destinatário.

Works of art are the property of their owner; they are not merely exchangeable and replaceable products; they are not products for use, but for acquisition. Once purchased, the bearer must take responsibility for the care of the work, which is why we do not exchange works and do not accept returns of works that have been damaged by the bearer.

 Before being packed and shipped, the works and their reproductions are rigorously examined. 

 However, if the customer receives an original work of art or a printed reproduction and it does not meet the customer's expectations, there are two options: 

 1 - The customer can request the return of their purchased product up to 7 days after confirmation of receipt at their location; once this has been done, the customer must arrange for the return of their product, if the product is returned in good condition, the refund of the amount paid by the customer will be returned to them once the work of art or its reproduction has been duly returned. The customer must inform the tracking code of the return shipment to the email: artjorgequiros@gmail.com

2 - The customer can request the exchange of the product for another of equal value, within 7 days of confirmation of receipt of the work or reproduction by the customer, and the customer will be provided with the works available for sale or the reproductions of equal value so that he can choose the one that best suits him; once this is done, he must arrange for the return of the purchased work to the address of the company Art Jorge Quiros, once this is done, if the work or product is in the same condition as the one sent to the customer, another work will be sent to the customer's address; this exchange process can only be done once. The customer must send the tracking code for the return shipment by email: artjorgequiros@gmail.com
